Quick-Build Kits (QBK)
Our Quick-Build Kits are designed to cut down assembly time of a standard airframe kit (above) by half. We order the standard kit from Zenith Aircraft and begin assembly at Bendigo; your QBK is ready when all the basic airframe components are assembled: elevator, wings, fuselage, etc. Starting with a QBK, you will still install the systems (controls, fuel, electrics, etc.), the engine and FWF package, the instruments and cabin interior. Only the paint, final fit and finish then remain. You can do these things on your own at home, or with builder-assistance with Zenair Australia.

Component Kits from Zenith Aircraft
Zenith Aircraft Company is one of the few manufacturers that also sells its airframe kits as sub-component kits. This avoids the one-time lump payment for a complete kit for those that want to spread their project over a longer period of time. You can therefore order and assemble the tail section of your aircraft first, and only order the wings kit, fuselage kit, etc. when you are ready to start on these elements... Talk to us about your needs and we may be able to ship your sub-kit along with another order, thereby reducing crating and shipping costs for you!
Parts and Hardware
Zenair Australia has many parts and assemblies in stock so call us first if you need a replacement part! Remember that all parts in a Zenith kit have a part number: you will need this number in order to place your order. These numbers are found in the plans. If you need help identifying a part, we can help you with that too...
Options
Zenith Aircraft offers numerous "Factory Options" with which you can customize your aircraft. These can be installed during the initial construction, but many can also be added later. In addition, there are untold other gadgets and features that can be installed in our LSA-type aircraft.
